A six-chair salon where no-show appointments cost a full day of revenue each week.
This is a concept build — a working site we designed to show exactly what we’d ship for a business like this. The numbers below are the targets we track with clients, not claims from a past project.
The challenge
Aroma booked by phone and social media. A third of appointments never showed up, and the front desk spent hours rescheduling. There was no way to remind clients or fill last-minute gaps.
The solution
We shipped a booking site with automated reminders and a short waitlist flow. Clients get a reminder 24 hours ahead and can reschedule in one tap, so empty chairs get filled.
