Terms of Service
The terms that apply when Dalfirm builds a website or automation for you, and how the monthly plans work.
Last updated 3 July 2026
What these terms cover
These terms govern the websites and automations Dalfirm builds for you, and the monthly plans that keep them running. They apply from the moment you accept a quotation.
By asking us to start work, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting them on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
The free audit
The free audit is a written review of your current website and booking process. It costs nothing and creates no obligation. We use it to show you what is losing bookings and what a fix would involve.
Quotations and payment
Every project starts with a written quotation covering the work, the setup fee, and the monthly plan. Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT where it applies.
We invoice the setup fee when you approve the quotation, and the monthly plan at the start of each month. Work does not start until the setup fee is paid.
You can leave a monthly plan at any time with 30 days written notice. There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in contracts.
What you provide
To keep a project moving, you agree to give us the content we need, such as text, photos, logos, menus, and prices, within 14 days of each handover, name one person who can make decisions, and review each stage within 7 working days. Delays on your side may push back the delivery date.
What we deliver
We deliver the work described in your quotation: the agreed pages, the booking or WhatsApp setup, and the training you need to use it. You own the site and its content once we have been paid in full.
Logos, fonts, photos, and software supplied by third parties stay licensed to you under their own terms.
Our responsibility
We do the work with reasonable skill and care. If something we build does not work as described, we fix it at no cost for 30 days after launch.
We are not responsible for losses caused by things outside our control: third-party services going down, changes WhatsApp or your booking software make, or content you provide that is inaccurate.
Third-party services
The site relies on services such as hosting, WhatsApp, and your booking software. They have their own terms and service levels. We keep the site working with those services, but we cannot control how the services themselves behave.
Cancellation
You can cancel a project before launch by telling us in writing. You pay for work already done. After launch, you can cancel the monthly plan with 30 days notice. On cancellation, we hand over your files and access within 14 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
